COURSES
Pick your path to the cockpit.
Take the full DGCA ground school, or pick the single paper you need to clear. Either way, you're taught by airline captains.
Full DGCA Ground School
The complete CPL ground school. Most students choose this.
Including:
All 4 DGCA papers covered end-to-end
Free re-attempt coaching if you miss a paper
Computer number + medical assistance
Online and offline batches
RTR (Radio Telephony Restricted) included
High first attempt success
4–5 month structured program
Air
Navigation
The science of getting from point A to point B - safely, accurately, and on fuel.
You'll learn: dead reckoning, chart reading, time-speed-distance calculations, magnetic vs. true headings, wind correction, and modern navigation aids (VOR, DME, GPS, INS). The paper most students find toughest. We make it the one you remember.
Technical
General
How an aircraft actually works, from the propeller to the pressurisation system.
You'll learn: principles of flight, aircraft structures, piston and jet engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, instruments, and basic aerodynamics. The foundation every captain builds on.
Aviation Meteorology
Weather is the pilot's permanent co-pilot. Learn to read it before it reads you.
You'll learn: atmospheric structure, cloud formation, thunderstorms, icing, turbulence, monsoon patterns over India, METAR and TAF decoding, and weather charts. Built around the conditions Indian pilots actually fly through.
Air
Regulations
The rulebook of the sky — DGCA, ICAO, and everything in between.
You'll learn: the Aircraft Act and Rules, ICAO Annexes, airspace classifications, licensing requirements, rules of the air, and incident reporting. Dry on paper. Critical in the cockpit.
RTR (Radio Telephony)
The language of every cockpit conversation. Clear, concise, and zero room for ambiguity.
You'll learn: standard ICAO phraseology, ATC communication procedures, distress and urgency calls, position reporting, and the WPC exam format. Taught by captains who use this radio every day.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions here
Who can join the HTA ground school?
Anyone who has cleared Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics. We also work with graduates and career changers who want to move into aviation. You don't need any prior flying background - you need the willingness to put in the hours.
How long does the full DGCA ground school take?
Four to five months for the full Commercial Pilot’s License (CPL) program covering all DGCA subjects. We run both online and offline batches, so you can pick what fits your schedule and location.
What if I don't clear a paper on the first attempt?
You get a free re-attempt with extra coaching support. That’s part of the program, not an add-on. We’ll continue working with you until you clear the paper confidently
Do you help with computer numbers and the medical?
Yes. Computer number assistance and medical guidance are included with both the full program and individual subject courses. We walk you through the DGCA paperwork so it doesn't become its own obstacle.
Do you help students from out of state find accommodation?
Yes. Many of our students relocate from other states. Our office is in Sector 51, Gurgaon - a well-developed and safe area, unlike the congested Ramphal Chowk hubs where most ground schools cluster. We help you find accommodation nearby.
Can I take just one subject instead of the full program?
Absolutely. Air Navigation and Technical General are ₹75,000 each. Aviation Meteorology and Air Regulations are ₹50,000 each. RTR is also ₹50,000. The full program at ₹2,50,000 is just the most economical bundle.
What's the difference between online and offline classes?
There’s no difference in the quality of training between online and offline batches — both provide the same instructors, syllabus, and one-on-one attention. The best part is that the online and offline batches are completely separate, so every student gets proper focus and interaction.
